This Data Processing Agreement applies where Another Reservation processes personal data on behalf of Providers. Providers act as Data Controllers. Another Reservation acts as Data Processor.
Another Reservation shall process personal data only on documented instructions from the Provider and shall implement appropriate security measures.
Another Reservation may engage subprocessors including hosting, payment, messaging, and analytics vendors.
Another Reservation shall assist Providers in responding to data subject access, deletion, and correction requests.
Another Reservation shall notify Providers without undue delay following discovery of a personal data breach.
